NGNO is a social network of ladies centered in Newnan, GA. Our members come from Coweta County and other nearby areas.
Newnan Girls Night Out was created by a new resident of Newnan several years ago to meet other women in the area. Created to be a social outlet for fun and friendship, this group has grown to almost 50 members. The majority of our events and activities are in or around the Newnan / Sharpsburg area.
Husbands and significant others are sometimes included in events that we plan. Generally, it will be by consensus if a gathering lends itself to inviting the men along. A good example is the Abide Brewery tours. Newcomers are often grateful for a chance to meet some of the other members' spouses.
Being such an eclectic group, there is little that we have in common as a whole. But the one common denominator is that we like to laugh and have fun! Our regular activities tend to include snacks, and although none of our activities center around alcohol, some members do bring a bottle of wine or other beverage of choice.
Many of our events are hosted in members' homes. Please note that it is not a requirement that you host events in your home. There are only a couple of monthly events that meet in homes, such as Book Club.
